    Fresh and fruity on the nose with cherry and plum scents. Well-balanced, smooth in the mouth with a vivacious acidity and soft tannins in evolution.

    Wine production methods: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts after preparing a pied de cuve. Maceration at controlled temperature at 24/26 degrees for about 8 days and refined in stone tubs for 10/12 months
