DOC Moscato Passito di Noto sweet wine obtained from 100% white Moscato grapes.
A refined wine with an unmistakable personality; intense aroma of apricot, fig, yellow peach and honey, full-bodied taste with strong almond notes. Good acidity and a lingering finish.

Skin maceration for 8 – 12 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts after preparation of a pied de cuve. Ageing in stainless steel. Tasting notes: Refined wine of unmistakable personality with intense aroma of apricot, fig, yellow peach and honey. Full-bodied taste with strong almond notes. Good acidity and lingering finish. Food pairing: Sophisticated and provocative with tastings of mature cheeses, salted almonds, smoked swordfish and tuna; classic and elegant with almond and pastry-based desserts.
