Fresh and fruity on the nose, lightly sapid in the mouth with a vivacious acidity and a solid structure that ends up in a nice and joyfull ending.

Density of 4200 vines/ha Harvest: Hand picked during the first ten days of September Wine production methods: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts after preparing a pied de cuve.
