Every choice we make begins with the earth. There are no shortcuts, no industrial solutions, only hands, patience, and observation.

Every day in the vineyard is a conversation with the land. Each gesture stems from observation. Each decision, from the rhythm of the seasons. We do not follow market trends, but the pace of nature.

Certified Organic Farming (since 2002)
Certified in both Italy and Switzerland, our commitment to the land was signed more than twenty years ago, long before “organic” became a trend. A gesture of coherence, before it was one of marketing.
Natural Fertilisation
We don’t push the soil, we accompany it.
Only when strictly necessary, we enrich it with mature compost and natural manure.
The soil is alive. Fertility is a balance, not an invention.
Spontaneous Ground Cover
We welcome natural grasses, we let them live and speak.
We intervene only when needed.
For at least six months each year, the soil covers and breathes on its own.
No Chemical Weed Control
In our rows there is biodiversity, not sterility.
A living soil creates a truthful wine, because wine is born from an ecosystem, not a laboratory.
Every plant has a right to its space, to its own voice.
Targeted, Natural Treatments
Few interventions, only when necessary, and only with organic-approved products. We use an electrostatic sprayer to minimise dispersion and maximise efficiency.
Manual Harest
By hand only. Only when the time is right.
Crate by crate, in rhythm with the vines.
Every harvest is a ritual, every bunch, a deliberate choice.
The vine is never forced.
