Tasting notes: Fresh and fruity on the nose with scents of spices. Well round and smooth in the mouth with a vivacious acidity and a solid structure that ends up in a nice and joyfull ending.
Food Pairing: Perfect for first courses with meat sauces, risottos, mushrooms, grilled meats, cheeses.
