Tasting notes: A characteristic of this varietal are the spicy fragrances reflecting our terroir. Fresh in the mouth with notes of grass and fresh spices. Fine tannins matched with a nice acidity. Definitely a convivial wine!
 Food pairing: Ideal with pasta and risotto, grilled fish and meat dishes. Other complementing accompaniments are cheeses and vegetables
