Tasting notes: Intense aromas of apricots figs and honey. Pronounced notes of vanilla and almond with a good acidity. Lingering on the finish. A refined wine with a distinct personality.
 Food pairing: A sophisticated and provocative aperitif served with ripe cheese, salted almonds and smoked fish; a classic and elegant wine also with sweet almonds and cookies.
