Wine production methods: Fermentation with indigenous  yeasts after preparing a pied de cuve. Soaking through controlled temperature for about 15 days. Aged in French oak barrels of several capacity from 5 to 15 hl.
Tasting notes: Fine and fresh on the nose with intense notes of peony and sweet spices. Round on the palate and slightly tannic taste, with a long finish of licorice and raspberry. Lingering and delicious after taste of berries. Good acidity. A seductive Nero d’Avola, a beautiful expression of our terroir
